How Important Is Being Jacked In Dating?

I’m going to cut straight to the point. Getting Jacked is the single most important action you can take to become more attractive… and it’s not even close.

In this article, you're going to find out exactly why getting ripped needs to be your #1 priority in life if you're struggling with dating (and you aren’t already ripped of course), exactly how ripped you need to be, and precisely how much of a difference it can make.

Experiment #1

In case you missed it, a couple of weeks ago I ran an experiment testing to see how many matches a looksmaxxed average man could get on dating apps with an optimized profile.

The answer: A lot (126 likes in 48 hours, to be exact).

But in that experiment, the second picture showed off his pretty aesthetic physique…

He’s not Chris Hemsworth or anything but come on, he’s pretty ripped

This led me to the question: How much of his success was simply due to his good physique?

Well, turns out a lot.

I ran the exact same profile for the exact same amount of time (48 hours), on the same days, in the same city, on a brand new account, without the photo of his physique.

The results…

126 likes for the profile with his physique included.

44 likes for the profile without.

2.86x the likes.

But it gets even crazier…

Experiment #2

After seeing the power a good physique has over women a new question arose: What’s more important, an optimized profile, or a good physique?

For this experiment, I created a profile using all “bad” photos, but showing off his physique…

Then, compared the results to the optimized profile with no physique photo…

The results?

44 likes for the optimized profile without the physique

55 likes for the “bad” profile showing off his physique

Having a good physique is more important than good photos (about 25% more important).

Both are obviously super important, though.

Having both good photos and a good physique led to 2.29x as many likes as just a good physique and 2.86x as many as just good photos. But a physique was proven to be 1.25x more important than good photos.

How good of a physique do you need?

As always, answering one question leads to another, and answering how important is a good physique naturally leads to the question, “what is a good physique?”. So I made a chart for that too (really giving you your chart fix today huh).

For reference, the “average man” used is slim athletic

This chart tells you exactly where your physique stands in the eyes of women. Anything green is positive and the top 3 categories (Ideal, Athletic, Slim Athletic) will be worth sharing on your dating profile (in a candid, attractive, aesthetic manner, of course;) to give you 2-5x the likes depending on which of the category you fit in to.

Use these two tables to find where you’re physique is currently and what you need to do (lose body fat or gain muscle) to get to where you want to be.

Conclusions

Getting a good physique is clearly the most impactful single action you can take to improve your attractiveness to women and that isn’t even accounting for the difference it makes to your face (which I cannot understate).
